As it stands todayHow could Chelsea line up against Swansea?

Jose Mourinho moves his Chelsea troops to Wales on Saturday to face Swansea. The Blues, as it stands currently have a two-points lead at the top of the Barclays Premier League and could extend that to five as Manchester City will  not play till Sunday afternoon.

Chelsea's recent away form is something of a concern. They have only won five out of ten this season and have only taken all three points once in their last five away games.

Team News:
Jose Mourinho has a few injury concerns ahead of Saturday's match at the Liberty Stadium. Goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois is unlikely to overcome a thumb injury so Petr Cech will continue to deputise in goal.

Cesar Azpilicueta is also out with a groin injury he picked up in the Newcastle win. Filipe Luis will fill in at left back. Mourinho also has a decision to make regarding the centre of his defence. He called upon Kurt Zouma ahead of Gary Cahill against Newcastle and he performed well. Expect one of Zouma or Cahill to partner captain John Terry at the back.

Possible Lineup:
(4-2-3-1)
GK - Petr Cech
RB - Branislav Ivanovic
CB - Gary Cahill
CB - John Terry (c)
LB - Filipe Luis
CM - John Obi Mikel
CM - Nemanja Matic
RM - Willian
AM - Cesc Fabregas
LM - Eden Hazard
ST - Diego Costa
